Dated 3/14/03. I realized that it was going to be good to expand the Astro Gator universe, and I thought it would be cool to create a whole Astro-animal corps. This is the beginning of a long story arc involving Astro Gator, Astro Gecko, and a mysterious nemesis. The strip really hits its stride after this, and you’ll have lots of fun if you keep reading.
