Dated 2/11/03. The art is improving, mainly because I just started putting more time in. That night sky in the first panel took some work, and you can see that I went a little overboard with the straight edge in the third panel.
I distributed Astro Gator at work, and for a few years there was even a website and merchandise through CafePress. I dreamed of finding a wider audience, but the only people who ever really read it were my friends and family. Still, their encouragement motivated me to keep going.
