Dated 9/27/03. I think this is another graphically interesting strip. It’s harder than you might imagine to write only the bottom half of letters, but the effect is interesting in the first panel, and I’m glad worked out. The perspective in the second panel looks pretty good, but it’s not great in the third panel. I think I was trying to imitate the last scene in the 1994 film Maverick with Mel Gibson, James Garner, and Jodie Foster.
